Since we first opened our doors in 1993, we’ve been fortunate to have played a role in the development efforts and institutional advancement of some of the best faith-based high schools and parishes in the country. That role is often strategist, sometimes administrator, frequently cultivator – but always deeply involved partner.
You see, we founded our firm on the belief that more involvement with a few clients is better than a little involvement with a lot of clients. That’s why we limit the number of schools and parishes with whom we work and why we provide that select few with the time and attention it takes to make real results happen. When our time with you is through, we want you to be enthusiastic about recommending Field Development to others. Our approach must work – we’re proud to say that since our founding, our business has been based strictly on client referrals.
We also limit what we do. Our clients are exclusively faith-based organizations, and we focus solely on supporting their advancement efforts through strategic planning, development office outsourcing and staffing, annual fund enhancement, and capital campaign management. As practicing Catholics, products and consumers of Catholic education ourselves, our experience has shown these are the areas where we can add significant value in your mission as a faith-based institution.
